About This Event

We're celebrating with a Western/Cowboy-inspired painting and partnering with Iron City Venue to give away two tickets to Straight Tequila Night, the ultimate '90s Country Music Tribute, happening August 21st! One lucky participant will win the pair of tickets at the end of the event, so come ready to paint, have fun, and you could leave with a great night out!

This is a BYOB studio. Snacks and drinks are welcome!

Ticket price includes the use of all necessary paint supplies and aprons, step-by-step instruction, and a 16x20 take-home canvas.

Must be 18+ after 6:00 PM.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to get uncorked, smocked, and in your seat! If you'd like a little extra time to unwind, visit with friends, and relax before we get painting, we invite you to arrive up to 30 minutes before the event begins. It's your Happy Half Hour!

If you're coming with others but making reservations separately, please include your group's name in the Special Request box so we can seat you together.

Want to make your experience even more memorable? Create your own long-lasting, all-natural scented soy candle before you paint! Look for our DIY Candle Add-On (just $20) during registration. If you choose to make a candle, please arrive at least 30 minutes before your event begins.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you
choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone or visit our studio in
person for payment.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling
with at least 24 hours notice. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your
payment will be forfeited.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for
unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Customers will be
notified in advance and refunds will be issued."

Refund/Cancellation

For all events at our studio:
If you notify the studio more than 24 hours from your reservation date, a full refund will be issued upon request.
If you notify the studio less than 24 hours from your reservation date no refund will be given. However a store credit can be issues or your reservation can be moved to a future class.

For private event
Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by host, and will required to make a deposit at booking.

For At Home Kits and Off-Site Events
All Sales are Final. No Refunds of Exchanges

Bad Weather:
Class will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared by local government or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. We will call you and email you if your event is cancelled. Twist At Home Kit pick-up times will be rescheduled for a later date.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!

Please note our policy to cancel applies to individuals in all public and private events.
