In-Studio Classes: This is a live entertainment event. The Cancellation/Refund policy is non-negotiable. We understand that last-minute emergencies and unforeseen events happen, but due to the nature of this event, the Cancellation/Refund policy will be applied without exception. - Full refund will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice. - A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. - Same Day cancellation or "No Shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds. Please check weather, traffic, and road conditions prior to your scheduled event in order to ensure timely arrival. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, 805-484-4444. Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances or low reservation counts. Registrants will be notified by email and refunds or store credits will be processed immediately. Private Events: Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in their Party Agreement. Virtual Classes: Follow the In-Studio cancelation policy. Once kits are picked up, refunds and store credits are no longer available. Twist at Home Kits: All sales are final.
