Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Cancellation Policy - REGULAR EVENTS
• No Refunds.
• Any cancellation requests will be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are valid for 180 days.
• Any requests to cancel within 24 of the event forfeit all payments due to staffing and inventory requirements. No refund or store credit is provided.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Cancellation Policy - PAINT YOUR PET / HOUSE / PERSON / SELF, etc
• No Refunds.
• Any cancellation requests will be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are valid for 180 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event are forfeited as we have already pre-sketched your pet. No refund or store credit is provided.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Cancellation Policy - RETAIL SALES
• We do not provide store credits or refunds for retail purchases, which include Twist at Home kits and Pop in and Paint reservations.
• Items ordered and not picked up within one week will be returned to inventory or donated.

NOTE:
• Painting with a Twist reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event for unforeseen circumstances.
• Events with little or no signups are subject to cancellation or change in art. If you are interested in this event, please sign up early. It is very sad when people show up for the event and we are not here!. Guests have the option of full refund or store credit, in this case.
• Cancellations due to weather will be issued 100% store credit and will expire in 365 days.
