Our Colorado Springs, CO - East Painting with a Twist Artists

KayLee

KayLee

I'm KayLee, the studio owner! I love using art to create community and connect with others. If you take one of my classes it'll be an informational, laid back, and therapeutic experience. I earned my BFA in Art Education in 2013 (from Texas Tech - wreck em!), moved to Colorado Springs in 2015, and started working for this studio as an instructor in 2016. I've taught art all around the world and was a middle school art teacher in D49 for years before deciding to purchase this studio. Now I live the small business owner life and in my free time I lead mommy & me hikes and the coolest book club ever.

Cedric, Stand Up Comedian

Get ready for a night of laughs while you connect through creativity. If you're lucky, he may even sing for you! As the 7th child of 15, Cedric's parents were diligent in training him in the light of love. Laughter was a major part in his education and an influence throughout his college years, where he majored in graphic design. He is a single father of 4 and a freelance artist here in Colorado Springs specializing in caricatures!
