Why book a Painting Party?

The Perks:

  • No set up, no clean up - just show up!

  • It's the same price as a regular class with just a minimum of 6 people required.

  • You get to choose your own artwork from our gallery of 15,000 paintings. 

  • We host events 7 days a week between 9am-10pm (subject to artist availability).

  • You’ll have your own professional artist to guide your group and either our private party room or our main room all to yourselves.

  • Our bar is always open with plenty of adult beverages and non-alcoholic options. We have some snacks for purchase and allow guests to bring their own food. *Colorado law prohibits BYOB.*

Private Party Sizes:

Our Party Room: 6-14 people

Our Main Room: 15-47 people

Offsite Events: 15 person minimum

 

How much does it cost?

A $70 deposit (payable online) will be credited towards the first two reservations. Per person costs depend on the surface you choose to paint on and the length of the class varying between $29-$55+. The party host can choose to pay for everyone or have individuals pay for themselves online using a private signup link. Paying upon arrival is an option if you are able to arrive early to check in.

 

Private Party Cancellation Policy:

All sales are final. Reserving a time on our calendar keeps us from hosting other events, so your $70 deposit will be forfeited if you cancel within 7 days of your party. If you cancel with at least 7 days notice we can send you a store credit or create take home kits for you. Your time/date can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice with no penalty. 

 

How far in advance do I need to schedule my party?

It takes about a week for us to plan your party, we reserve on a first come basis, and your party is subject to artist availability - so the sooner the better! Need something quicker? Contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs.

 

What can I bring?

We sell wine, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, candy, and snacks at our "Inspiration Bar". You are welcome to bring in your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

 

How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?

Once your private party is confirmed an invitation to our private online art gallery is generated to view selections. We have over 15,000 paintings in our gallery to choose from! So fun!

 

What if I don't have enough people?

The host will be responsible for meeting our minimums - 6 paid seats for the private party room or 15 paid seats for our main room and off-site events.

 

Do you host kid parties?

YES! Children’s 1.5 hour parties are discounted at $29/person. We think kids ages 6+ do best with our painting instructions.

Do you host off-site parties?
YES! We can come to any public venue with a 15 seat minimum. There is a $150 deposit required (to be applied towards your reservations) and all reservations must be paid 7 days in advance. We will bring all art supplies needed but can not provide alcohol offsite. No travel fees if within 15 miles of our studio.
