Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

We hire artists and prepare supplies based on reservations. Thank you for understanding these policies must remain firm to keep our small, local business sustainable.

Minimums: Public events have a 4 seat minimum and will be rescheduled 3hrs prior if not met. Store credits will be issued and guests will be notified by text. Text us if you want to know the current seat count for an event! Store credits are good for 6 months.

Canceling Your Event Seats: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so asap so that another individual has the opportunity to make a reservation in your place. We are happy to offer store credit to use on a future class or a take home kit if you cancel your reservation at least 2hrs before the start time. Store credits expire in 6 months.
**No shows will not receive store credit. Sorry, but no exceptions.

Weather: Our cancelation policy remains the same. In the event of extreme weather prohibiting our staff from safely making it to the studio, we will reschedule an event and notify registrants by text. You will receive a store credit via email to reschedule yourself for any future event, come in to Pop In & DIY, or order take home kits.

Painting With A Purpose Events: funds are donated to local charities so we are unable to provide store credits for early cancellations but a take home kit can be offered if you give us at least 2hrs notice.

Paint Your Pet: kindly give us 2hrs so we can offer you a take home kit or reschedule your seat to the next workshop. A store credit will not be offered if we have already sketched your pet portrait.

Take Home Kits: All sales are final. Paints are good for 1-2 weeks. If you forget to pick up your kit and your paints spoil you can purchase fresh paints in studio.
