About This Event

This is a Fundraiser to benefit The Love Pit Rescue! 50% of proceeds will go directly to the organization! Paint your pet's portrait... E-mail us a HIGH RESOLUTION JPEG image (GREATER THAN 200 kb preferred) of your furry love and our artist will pre-sketch from the photo....we will match the colors based on the photo unless otherwise noted. We recommend a TIGHT HEAD SHOT vs full body and remember, WELL-LIT PHOTOS, particularly with darker pets.

LIMIT to ONE (1) PET PER CANVAS ONLY.

NO DISCOUNTS MAY BE APPLIED AGAINST THIS EVENT.

ALL PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN 3 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT, NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE! E-MAIL ALL PHOTOS TO:

This is limited class size and all payments must be made upon registration. Due to the "customizing" offered each guest there will be no refunds. Any special promotions may not be "redeemed" for this event.

If you wish to be seated with friends PLEASE advise us upon making reservations.

As a courtesy to others please arrive 20-25 minutes prior. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" instruction from the instructor or assistant. THERE WILL BE NO EXTENSION OF CLASS TIME FOR LATE ARRIVALS.

COMPLIMENTARY VALET PARKING AVAILABLE. Although tipping is always appreciated! Additional parking located west of our lot between Black Swan Yoga and Nicholson-Hardie (across from 7-11)

Refund/Cancellation

Scheduled Classes: Refunds/Store Credits will not be issued for any cancellations made 48 hours or less before the reservation.
Class attendees who are considered "no shows" will not be eligible for a store credit or refund.
If cancellation is at least 48 hours in advance, then a refund minus a $5 service charge, or full store credit.

Private Parties: Private Party cancellations made 7 days or less before the scheduled event will not be eligible for store credit or refund and will forfeit their deposit.
