Cancellation Notice: To help us manage scheduling effectively, we require at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that all payments are non-refundable. However, if you provide the 48 hours required notice, we will be happy to apply your payment as a full store credit towards a future service.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the payment or partial store credit.
