CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation by phone or e-mail prior to the event start time will receive a store credit for use at a future event. Store credits will not be given for inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows. NO EXCEPTIONS. Welcome! You must be 21 to consume alcohol. Please review the following to insure a pleasant experience for all of our guests.

ARRIVAL TIME: Your group is welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to painting time to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat before we get TWISTED as class will start ON TIME. Plan ahead for parking. Late arrivals will miss important class instruction and should not expect individual "catch up" instruction from the instructor or floor artist. There will be no extension of class time for late arrivals. Early entry is not permitted, as there will likely be an event in the room prior to your party.

BYOB: Drinks and Food, including alcohol! We provide cups and corkscrews . We do have ice buckets, but no ice. We do NOT provide silverware or plates. You are free to bring in your own small cooler. NO CONFETTI, GLITTER OR BALLOONS are permitted.

We do not permit onlookers. All attendees must have a paid reservation.

PAYMENT POLICY: Site takes payment immediately. Payment online is required to guarantee your reservation.

We are located in the Target/Sprouts shopping center, in the corner between Royal Panda and Sally’s Beauty Supply.
