After 7pm regular "open to the public" classes are for ages 18 and up. Younger guests are welcome if accompanied by an adult. There is no age limit for Private Parties, however you must be 21 or older to consume alcohol at the studio.

We are a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) establishment. Alcohol is permitted for ages 21 and older. We do NOT provide ice. You may bring your own! Snacks/Finger Foods are also welcome.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice. The deposit is non-refundable. "No shows" or customers without 48 hours notice of cancellation will NOT be issued store credit or refunds - no exceptions.
Please give us 7 days notice if you must cancel a private party. There will be a $150 fee if we are not given a minimum of 7 day notice.

BAD WEATHER: If a weather emergency is declared due to poor weather conditions and the roads are unsafe to travel on, classes may be cancelled. In this case ONLY a non-expiring store credit will be issued. No refunds will be issued for acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages etc. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds will not be issued for guests who registered and live out of town. If you live out of town, you may use the store credit to purchase a Twist at Home kit equivalent to the price paid for the class or the credit can be transferred to another guest.
