Join us in this specialty Paint & Pour Workshop, where you will create your own long-lasting soy-wax candle! This event is different from most, as every guest is offered an array of painting options instead of every guest painting the same thing.
IMPORTANT: Upon arrival, your artist will set up your painting station and guide you in choosing your artwork for the candle vessel. You can choose your own colors and paint from the heart, or you can follow our provided step-by-step written artwork instructions (we have 1,000's of options!)
Your artist will be available throughout the painting portion of this event to replenish paint and napkins and to offer tips and tricks, however, please note that since every guest is painting something different, this is not a step-by-step artist-led event.
If you prefer more guidance, please check out the other events on our public calendar. Most of our events are expertly guided by an artist who teaches every guest the same painting step-by-step from the stage. This event is for those who want the support of an artist and the materials and space to achieve their own custom painting at their own pace.
After the painting portion of this event, your artist will demonstrate how to pour your own candle! You will choose your scent from an array of 20 fragrance options, and decide if you want to add any color(s) to the candle. Then, you'll mix & pour your wax.
Since our candles take 2 hours to "cure," you will leave your candle on our drying shelf and pick up later in the day or at a different date of your choosing.
*If you're signing up a group but don't all want to paint the same option, no worries - simply write the desired option for each guest in the Special Notes Box at the place of checkout so we can best prepare for you.
