Tam Ngo is a passionate artist and graphic designer that joined the Heights team June 2019. Growing up in Houston, she is constantly inspired by the diversity and vibrancy that living in the city brings. She's earned a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts from Soka University of America in California. Her life dream is to share Asian American narratives and experiences through her beautiful works of art and fiction. In her free time, Tam is an anime and manga extraordinaire, using it to inspire her own style and stories.

Leo Fortuno graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Philippine Women¹s University in 1982 with honors. An award-winning artist, he also attended Layout and Production Art at the Art Institute in Houston in 1993 where he excelled in graphic design.
During the Gulf War, Leo worked in Kuwait as the Art Director of Fanateq Gallery. Because of the danger involved, he was left with no choice but to return home to the Philippines.
In 1991, Leo moved with his family to Houston, Texas where he started his own graphics business - Artworx Unlimited. Leo has been with the PWAT family since the 5th national studio opened in Sugar Land in 2012.
