Arrival & Seating: Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, 30 for candle making; late arrivals may be rescheduled to a future SOS event.
To sit with friends or family, please notify us in advance.
Age Policy: This event is for ages 18+.
We cannot accommodate drop-offs, observers, infants, or children under 18.
BYOB & Amenities: You may bring food and drinks (alcohol 21+ with ID).
We provide cups, napkins, plates, and openers, but please bring your own silverware and ice.
Confetti, open flames, and electrical plug use are prohibited.
Payment & Cancellations: Full payment is required for reservations. No-shows forfeit credit.
Guest cancellation: While we do not offer refunds, you may receive studio credit.
Email 24 hours before your event (72 hours for groups of 3+).
Studio cancellation: We cancel a class due to fewer than four guests, you may choose a full refund, credit, class transfer, or a Twist at Home kit.
