INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC CLASSES: 24-hours notice required for 1-2 seats and 72-hours notice for 3 or more seats via email to receive studio credit. We do not offer refunds. Class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given for inadequate cancellation notice or for no-shows - NO EXCEPTIONS. CANCELLATION FOR PRIVATE PARTIES: 7-days notice required via email to cancel for full refund. If your party is more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled paint time, you will forfeit your deposit and your party will have to be rescheduled. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours. Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be cancelled, you will be notified via email.
