About This Event

(3hr) Ages 10+ Welcome! Paint your pet! Any pet!

To prepare for the session, our artists will pre-sketch your canvas. Please reply to this email with a high-resolution JPEG photo of your pet at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Please note that registration and photo submissions close at noon the day before the class.

For the best results, please ensure your photo meets the following criteria:

- One Pet Per Canvas: Please submit a photo containing only one pet.
- Composition: Provide a full-frame, close-up image of your pet's face.
- Quality: Use a high-resolution, focused photo with natural lighting and clear contrast.
- Personality: Select an image that best captures your pet’s character.

Please note the following studio policies:

Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes early (30 minutes if making a candle). Late arrivals cannot be caught up. Notify us in advance to be seated with friends or family.

Age Policy: Guests must be 10 or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. We cannot accommodate observers, infants, or children under 10.

BYOB: You may bring food and drinks. We provide cups, napkins, openers, and plates, but no silverware or ice. Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+ with ID. Confetti, open flames, and electrical plugs are prohibited.

Payment & Cancellations: Online reservations require full payment; phone bookings require full payment. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

- Cancellations: We do not offer refunds. For studio credit, email studio271@paintingwithatwist.com at least 48 hours in advance (72 hours for groups of 3+). No-shows forfeit credit.
- Studio Cancellation: If a class has fewer than four guests, it will be canceled. You may choose a refund, credit, transfer, or Twist at Home kit.

Refund/Cancellation

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC CLASSES: 24-hours notice required for 1-2 seats and 72-hours notice for 3 or more seats via email to receive full studio credit. Class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given for inadequate cancellation notice or for no-shows - NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not offering refunds for individual cancellations.
CANCELLATION FOR PRIVATE PARTIES: 7-days notice required via email to cancel for full refund. If your party is more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled paint time, you will forfeit your deposit and your party will have to be rescheduled. Please be respectful of those that have parties scheduled following yours.
Public Class Cancellation: Classes with less than 4 reservations will be cancelled, you will be notified via email.
