Studio Policies

Alcohol Policy

BYOB 21 and up. Guests must be 21 to consume alcohol We are BYOB. You may bring in alcohol or non-alcohol drinks. No liquor is allowed in studio. Food is permitted as well. Alcohol is NOT allowed during family or kids classes.

Age Policy

18 for evening sessions. Individuals under 18 allowed in accordance with class description. No infants or toddlers. For additional information see our FAQ section.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

No Refunds. A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No Shows" with no notification will not be issued store credit. Parties of 10 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. Please leave a voice message if calling after hours- 704-635-8352

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrant in classes that are canceled will be notified prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
