Why book a Painting Party?

Thank you for your interest in hosting a private event with Painting with a Twist. Please review our party requirements and policies below:

Rooms and Minimums

- Private Party Room: 10-painter minimum; 36 maximum.

- Main Room: 36-painter minimum (Sun–Wed) or 30 (Thurs–Sat); 46 maximum.

- The host is responsible for the cost of any "no-show" guests required to meet these minimums.

Fees and Payments

- Deposit: A refundable $150.00 deposit is required to book.

- Pricing: $39.00 per person (2-hour) or $49.00 per person (3-hour).

- Deadlines: Final headcount and payment are due 24 hours before the event. Coupons and discounted gift certificates are not valid for private parties.

Booking and Logistics

- Painting Selection: After booking, you will receive a management link to choose artwork and manage invitations. Selection must be finalized one week before the event.

- Cancellations: 7 days' notice is required.

- Studio Time: Access begins 30 minutes before and ends 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Late arrivals (30+ minutes) forfeit their deposit. Additional time incurs a $75.00 fee.

- Food and Drink: You may bring food and beverages (no plugs or open flames). We provide basic paper goods and corkscrews.
