Why book a Painting Party?

Our goal is to make your experience at Painting with a Twist as positive, fun and stress-free as possible.  To help with planning your private party, we have drawn up some guidelines for private parties. 

If you encounter any problem in the course of planning your party, please contact us!  If we don’t know about the problem, we can’t help!

We try to be as reasonable and as flexible as possible.  Please talk to us if you have extenuating circumstances!  We’d like an opportunity to help work things out!


1.   Minimum Number of Painters:
Friday, Saturday, & holidays  after 3:30:  15 people painting
All other times:  10 people painting

2.   Registration & Payment
If your party members are paying for themselves, you will be given a passcode in order for them to register and pay online.  Party members should register and pay in advance at least 10 days in advance.

3.   Private Party versus Regular Class
If the minimum number of registrations are not received by 7 days before the event, the event will revert to a regular class.  Your party members who have registered will be seated together.

4.   Changes to Date / Time, etc:
As soon as you become aware that you need to change the date, time etc for your party, please contact us so that we can work with you on the changes you need to make.  The earlier we can make changes, the more likely we are to be able to accommodate you.

5.   Party Cancellation
If for some reason you need to cancel your entire party, please call us as soon as you know you need to cancel so that we can work with you.

6.   OFF SITE Parties
Minimum Number of Painters:  15
Travel charges:  Determined on Event-by-Event basis.
