Refund/Cancellation

Please be courteous to us and other customers by notifying us as soon as you need to cancel. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, then you can receive a full refund, or you can receive a studio credit for the full amount of your reservation. If you cancel by calling and leaving a voicemail between 1 and 24 hours in advance, then you will receive a studio credit. If you do not cancel and do not show up, then you may not receive a refund or store credit. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, then you may miss steps of instruction and have to catch up on your own . *Private Party Hosts: please see the cancellation policy outlined in your party agreement.* *No refunds/store credit will be given for At Home Kits.
