After 7pm regular "open to the public" classes are for guest 18 years and older due to the presence of alcoholic beverages. Private events do not have an age limit.

Alcohol Policy

We are a BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) establishment. Alcohol is permitted for ages 21 and older. We do NOT provide ice. You may bring your own small to medium sized ice chest. Snacks/Finger Foods are also welcome.

Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

PUBLIC EVENTS: REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that due to preparatory costs & arrangements involved in preparing supplies for creating your painting, we are unable to issue refunds and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Only a store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. NO refunds will be issued once a reservation is made. "No shows" will NOT be issued store credit or refunds - no exceptions.
We ask for 7 days notice if canceling a private party. There will be a $150 fee if we are not given a minimum of 7-day notice. All deposits are non-refundable. The minimum 12 seats (15 seats if event is on Friday or Saturday or 20 after 5pm MUST be paid 7 days prior to your party. If the minimum seats are not paid we will contact you to make the remaining payments. If we do not hear from you, or you choose not to pay for the remaining seats, we will open your party to the public. Your guests will still be seated together. However, there may be other people at the event and we reserve the right to change the painting you selected.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Events will be cancelled if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on. In the case of an event cancelling due to inclement or poor weather conditions, only studio credits will be issued to all registered guests, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control including flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, utility outages etc. NO EXCEPTIONS

TWIST AT HOME kits:
Due to the nature of packaging and creating Twist at Home kits, NO refunds or credits will be given once the kit has been ordered. In your kit, you will receive your canvas (pre-sketched if painting requires,) brushes, 2 oz. of each paint color needed, disposable apron, paper plates, plastic 32 oz stadium re-usable cup and written instructions. Some Twist at Home paintings have an accompanying video which you will receive a link and password in your email confirmation after you purchase the kit.
