Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

Cancellation Policy:

All payments are non-refundable. However, if proper notice is provided, you may be eligible for store credit toward a future service based on the following guidelines:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: A full store credit will be issued upon request.
• 24 to 48 hours’ notice: You may qualify for a partial store credit, depending on the circumstances.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: No credits will be issued.
• Reservations made within 24 hours of the event: These are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

No Shows:

No shows will result in no store credit.

Private Event Hosts: The cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by the host apply. Guest of Private Event: The cancellation policy terms are outlined in "About this Event" section of the private event link.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or later, you may not be allowed to participate in the event and will lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled event time to ensure a smooth experience. We want everyone to have a great time, this is a live entertainment event!
