Taylor Clark, AKA “tclizzy” is a multimedia artist born and raised in Oklahoma City. She began dipping her toes in the creative world as a photographer and transitioned to canvas when she left her senior semester of college to explore painting. Creating art had always been an escape that soon transitioned into a calling. When she’s not instructing classes at Painting with a Twist @pwatokc, you can find Taylor painting and designing murals, doing videography projects, live art performances, pet portrait doodles, and acrylic commissions. Mackenzie

Mackenzie is a lifelong artist and passionate instructor with over five years of experience teaching students of all ages, from kids to folks in their 90s! She’s skilled in a variety of mediums, including watercolor, drawing, and acrylics, and is known for making art fun and easy to understand. When she’s not teaching, Mackenzie is an internationally recognized oil painter with work showcased in cities like Dallas, Houston, New York, and LA, and her pieces are in private collections worldwide.

Leah & Hugh Maguire

Studio Owners, Leah & Hugh Maguire are proud residents of Oklahoma City, who love supporting local businesses and breweries. Leah is a southern California native, born and raised in Orange County, while Hugh knows Oklahoma City as his hometown, three generations deep! Hugh is a mechanical engineer and applied mathematician by trade, and Leah has worked at Painting With a Twist since 2014, as an artist, manager, and now owner. They enjoy local trivia nights, karaoke, and music from every generation. Rest assured, your painting experience in their studio will be a fun, carefree, and entertaining escape!
