Why book a Painting Party?

We are the perfect party option for your group!

Private Parties can be scheduled at anytime as long as our studio is available. Call or email us for availability. 

What are the benefits of a Private Party?

  1. You can choose from over 10,000 paintings (some are 2 hour and some are 3 hour classes).
  2. You'll have the room to yourself with your own private artist providing you step-by-step instruction.
  3. It just a minimum of 10 guests.
  4. The room is yours 30 minutes before the class time to decorate, mingle and celebrate – free of charge.
  5. It’s the same price as a regular class! $25 for kid's parties, $35 for 2 hour parties, and $45 for 3 hour parties

Here's how it works

1. Call us at (405) 286-5549 or e-mail us at studio115@paintingwithatwist.com to schedule your party date and time, and sign your Private Party Agreement.

2. After we have your reservation set up and deposit of three (3) seats taken, a link to our painting gallery will be sent to the host/hostess. Click on the link and select your painting choice for your party. Everyone will paint the same painting, but colors can be changed.

3. Once we set your reservation with your painting of choice, the same link will allow you to manage your party, such as creating online invitations and emailing them to your guests - should you chose to use it.

4. A party passcode will also be created for you so that only you and your guests will be able to make online reservations.

You can arrive 30 minutes early to set up. We provide easels, canvases, aprons, paint, brushes, cups, plates and napkins! All participants must present a valid, state issued ID at check-in.

Payment

We will hold your reservation for 48 hours, at which time we will require you to put down the respective deposit amount of three (3) seats, or you forfeit your day/time. We are booking up quickly, so call us as soon as possible to make your deposit and confirm your reservation!

The balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event, even if the minimum guest requirement is not met. For example, the minimum is 10, but only 8 show up - you still have to pay for 10.

 Kids Parties (Ages 6-12) - $25

 2 Hours - $35

 3 Hours - $45

 Custom Painting (ex. Paint Your Pet) - $55

When can I have a party?

7 days of the week & you name the time (10am-9pm), subject to artist availability.

What are the minimums?

To reserve the private party room, a minimum of 10 people (maximum of 20) is required.

To reserve the main studio area, a minimum of 20 people (maximum of 40) is required. 

*You will be charged for the minimum number of people even if the attendance does not meet the required number. 

Kids Parties (Ages 6-13)

Kid's Birthday Parties, Girl Scout Troops, etc.

  • Minimum 10 guests
  • $75 deposit (3 seats at $25 each)

You will choose from our 1.5 hour ($25) painting gallery for kids 12 and under. If you prefer to choose from the full painting gallery, the respective price will be charged ($35 or $45). The birthday girl/boy and their guests will paint for 1.5 hours and 30 minutes will be set aside for cakes, snacks, presents, etc.

Adult Private Parties

Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Bachelorette Parties, Girs Night Out, Mom's Night Out, Office Party, Team Building, Corporate Team Building, Meetup Groups, Baby Shower, Graduation, Church Parties, Holiday Parties, Family Reunions....or just because!

  • Private Party Room - available 7 days a week (subject to artist availability) 
  • Minimum 10 guests
  • $105 deposit (3 seats at $35 each) for a 2 hour class
  • $135 deposit (3 seats at $45 each) for a 3 hour class
  • Main Studio - available 7 days a week from (subject to artist availability)
  • Minimum 20 guests
  • $105 deposit (3 seats at $35 each) for a 2 hour class
  • $135 deposit (3 seats at $45 each) for a 3 hour class

Private Party Refund Policy

  • Kid's Parties: There is a $75 refundable deposit due at the time of reservation confirmation that will be applied towards the cost of the party. The deposit will only be refunded if more than 7 days notice of cancellation is given. 
  • Adult Private Parties: There is a $105 or $135 (depending on the length of the party) refundable deposit dueat the time of reservation confirmation that will be applied towards the cost of the party. The deposit will only be refunded if more than 7 days notice of cancellation is given. 
  • The minimum number of 10 paid seats is due 7 days prior to the event.
  •  If cancellation notice or the  minimum of 10 seats not paid for 7 days prior to the event, you forfeit your deposit and an additional fee to total $150 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • In the event the Private Party is cancelled, store credits only will be issued to those who have already made a reservation. 

Do you do offsite painting parties?

  • Absolutely! We can bring the party to you with a minimum of 20 people! Prices per person are the same as a private party in studio, although a travel fee will be charged. Party destinations may determine minimum attendee requirements. Please email or call for complete information for Off-Site Parties, as details are different than listed above.
