Arrive 15-20 min early to get uncorked, smocked & in your seat! If you desire more time to unwind, visit with friends & breathe before we get twisted, we invite you to arrive up to 30 min before start time- it's your Happy Half Hour!
If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name or point person in the Special Request box. We'll seat you together!
OBSERVERS, INFANTS, and UNDER-AGE CHILDREN are NOT ALLOWED. Everyone must be a paid participant to attend a paint party.
We are a BYOB, so you are welcome to bring your favorite beverage. Must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.
You are invited to bring your own finger foods in case you get hungry during the break. We provide cups and wine openers. We do NOT provide ice or eating or serving utensils.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require notice of cancellation before the event start time to provide you with a store credit. More than 24 hrs notice, your credit will be good for 1 year. If less than 24 hrs notice, you will be provided a store credit that must be used within 30 days. Less than 4 hours notice, no refund or credit. (Please leave a message if calling after hours, as calls are time-stamped.) NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND OR STORE CREDIT.
Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 4 hrs before class if we must cancel for any reason. Refunds, store credits, or take-home kits will be provided, per customer request, should we need to cancel a class.
