Classes or parties after 6pm Mon-Fri and 4pm Sat-Sun must be 18 or older. Afternoon classes must be 15 or older. Family Day classes are 7 or older. Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Alcohol Policy

We follow the State of Michigan Alcohol Policy here at our studio. Under the State Law the only alcoholic beverage you may bring in is wine only. Please do not bring in beer or any other alcoholic beverages besides wine. We do sell beer and wine here!

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

If you must cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before class and a store credit or refund is available. No shows forfeit reservation fee. ALL refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee, store credits are valid for 90 days.

PRIVATE EVENT GUESTS:
No credit or refund issued if party has not met minimum registration (10 guests). If minimum is met, standard cancellation policy applies.

**LATE ARRIVALS: We begin and end on time for all classes. No refund or credit issued for late arrivals.

BAD WEATHER POLICY: Weather conditions based on conditions within a 10 mile radius around our studio. If a weather emergency is declared or there are poor road conditions, the class will be cancelled and Complimentary Credit will be issued to all registered guests valid 3 months from issue date. If the roads are clear, and/or no advisory issued, the class is held as usual and no refunds issued.
