Why book a Painting Party?
Booking a party is the alternative to having your group join one of our already scheduled classes found on our event calendar.
Painting with a Twist - San Antonio, TX - The Forum offers Private Parties (on or offsite) for many different occasions, including: Birthdays (Kids Birthdays too!), office parties, girls night out, wedding showers, baby showers, bachelorette, graduation, church groups, field trips, girlscouts/boyscouts, sports team parties, team building, holiday, sorority, retirement... or any other reason to party! Last minute parties are welcome. Don't forget to request your favorite artist.
How do I book?
Simply fill out the Request Party form located on this website. We will check availability and respond within 24 hours.
Private Party Specifics:
- ADULT PRIVATE PARTY (ages 13+): Anytime! Price range (depending on surface selected) is $35-$45 for a 2 hour session.
- KID'S PRIVATE PARTY (ages 12 and under): 12pm, 3:30pm Monday - Friday or anytime on Sunday's. Price is $27 per painter for a 1.5 hour session.
- 15 reservation minimum due 2 weeks prior to class. Your paint party will be private in your own room. Our studio can accommodate up to 75 guests. See the Open Party alternative below if you don't think you will have 15 people.
Open Party Specifics:
- ADULT OPEN PARTY (ages 13+): Anytime! Price range (depending on surface selected) is $35-$45 for a 2 hour session.
- KID'S OPEN PARTY (ages 12 and under): 12pm, 3:30pm Monday - Friday or anytime on Sunday's. Price is $27 per painter for a 1.5 hour session.
- 8 reservation minimum due within 24 hours of booking. Your paint party will be open to the public to join. Since you are picking the painting and the night, we do require 8 non-transferable/non-refundable reservations paid within 24 hours of booking. Open party reservations cannot be cancelled to receive store credit as there is a 8 reservation minimum requirement for us to put the class on the calendar for you. All sales are final.
We will bring the paint nite to you! We have a minimum requirement of 20 people for an offsite paint party and cost is $40-$50 (depending on surface) per person for a 2 hour session or $50 per person for a 3 hour session. Paint Your Pet may be booked as an offsite event for $60-70 (depending on surface) per person. You will have your own artist and pick your own painting. Payment in full is required 1 week prior to the event. The event host is responsible for providing chairs and tables for your paint party. We will provide all supplies needed to paint.
