Where are you located?
We are in a little village of shops called The Alley on Bitters Rd. Use your app of choice to find us at 555 West Bitters.

Do I need to pay before the class, or can I pay when I get there?
Prepaid reservations are a must. This allows our instructors to have everything set up for you when you arrive. You can pay online, over the phone or in-studio ahead of time.  

How do I join a class?
Simply visit our calendar by clicking the Events tab at the top of the website. Click on the title of the painting class you want to join and follow the simple payment process.  

Do you offer private parties?
Yes! Let us know what event you're celebrating, and we can help you plan the best corporate event, birthday party, bachelorette party or baby shower. With an eight-person minimum, we let you pick the date, time and artwork, customizing the whole event to your group. 

I don't have enough people for a private party, what options do I have?
Bring your group of any size to any of our public classes - we'll sit you together. Or maybe we could ADD a public class for you? We can be very creative about making it all happen for you!

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is listed on every event page. Please review the details there. 

Can we bring anything other than wine?
Yes! Any beverages and snacks are allowed!  

My friends are signing up separately, how can I be sure we will be seated together for class?
Just add their names in the "special requests" section of the payment process, and we will seat you together.

Can I come to class with my friends but just watch and not paint?
All attendance is by paid reservations only. No observers / visitors, please.

Is it okay to bring my baby / toddler to a class?
Unfortunately no. We love babies and toddlers - just not in our classes. Please make plans for a babysitter so that everyone can focus on their paint FUN.
Can I arrive early to set up for my party?
We are set up and ready 30 minutes before the class starts. If you need more time to prepare, let us know and we can make something work.  

What is provided with the cost of the class?
All art supplies are included plus great step-by-step instructions from our awesome Art Team!  We provide cups, plates, napkins, forks, spoons, bottle openers and corkscrews.

Do we get to take our painting home that day?
Yes! We help you finish the painting within the time designated. Your masterpiece will be ready to hang by the time you get home!

Can you bring the paint FUN offsite?
Yes! Offsite events are available for groups of 20 or more. Call for details and pricing. 

What happens if I am late to class? 
We strongly encourage guests to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts so you can get settled, open a bottle of wine, etc., before class begins. We provide a 15-minute grace period, meaning that you can arrive up to 15 minutes after the published start time and our artists will catch you up. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to deny you a seat in the class with no refund and no store credit as it is too disruptive to the other guests to catch you up.
