Where are you located?
We are in a little village of shops called The Alley on Bitters.  Just off of Hwy 281 at 555 W Bitters, SATX 78216.

Do I need to pay before the class, or can I pay when I get there?
Yes!  Prepaid reservations are a must. You can pay online, over the phone or in-studio ahead of time.  

How do I join a class?
Simply visit our calendar, click on the title of the painting class you want to join and follow the simple payment process. (Or call us - we'll be glad to help!)

What are the prices of the classes? 
2-hour classes are $37-$39.
3-hour classes are $45. 
Paint your Pet classes are $55.  

(All art supplies included.)

Do you offer private parties?

Yes!  15 person minimum. (See Party Info tab for details!)

I don't have enough people for a private party, what options do I have?

Bring your group of any size to any of our public classes - we'll keep you seated together. Or, maybe we could ADD a public class for you? Just call us with 5+ reservations!

What is your cancellation policy?

No Refunds - Store Credit ONLY for unused reservations (Store Credits Do Not Expire - save for a future visit!)

Can we bring anything other than wine?
Any beverages and snacks are allowed!  (p.s. we have wine openers, cups, napkins, plates, etc. If you need ice - please bring your own.)

My friends are signing up separately, how can I be sure we will be seated together for class?
Just add their names in the "special requests" section of the payment process and we will have you seated together.

Can I come to class with my friends but just watch and not paint?
Nah!*  All seating is by paid reservations only, no observers/visitors, please. (*Except for "all ages" classes in which you must accompany your child.) 

Is it okay to bring my baby/toddler to a class?
We love babies/toddlers - just not in our classes.  Please make plans for a babysitter so that everyone can focus on their paint FUN. ;-)
Can I arrive early to set up for my party?
We are set up and ready 30 minutes before the class starts.  If you arrive too early, we'll just send you to the restaurant next door for happy hour!

When will the next month's calendar be out?
We publish the next month's calendar 1 month in advance.  Got any requests?

What is provided with the cost of the class?
All art supplies are included, and we provide cups, plates, napkins, forks, spoons, bottle openers and corkscrews. (Bring your own ice, if needed.)

Do we get to take our painting home that day?
Yes! We help you finish the painting within the time designated and your masterpiece will be ready to hang by the time you get home!

Do you sell gift certificates?
Purchases are available in-studio or online.  Gift certificates do not expire - available in any amount - non-refundable.  Idea: Tie one or two to a bottle of wine and you have the best gift ever!!

Do you offer kids and teen classes?
Yes, even though our main concept is an "adult getaway," we usually post "All Ages" and/or "Teens-Adults" classes to our Saturday afternoon schedule, school holidays and/or other mornings as requested.

Do you also offer weekday morning or afternoon classes?
Yes, we can ADD classes upon request depending on artist and calendar availability, call for details.

Do you offer group rates or discounts?
Our prices are already based on group rates, so you can enjoy a great value whether coming in a group or just you!  Follow us on Facebook for pop-up specials!!
