Adult Classes -- ages 18+ Adult and Teen Classes -- ages 13 and up Family Classes -- ages 5 and up

Reservation Cancellation Policy

Please note that the cancellation policy listed on the class event page supersedes any cancellation or refund policy described elsewhere on our website or social media channels.

Class Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 5 days prior to the event for regular classes.
• Any requests within 5 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event can be transferred to Store Credit at 50% of the amount paid. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Paint Your Pet Cancellation Policy
• We’re happy to provide a refund up to 7 days prior to the event for Paint Your Pet classes.
• Any requests within 7 days of the event can be transferred to Store Credit. This allows us to properly plan for and staff each class. Store credits are good for 90 days.
• Any requests within 2 hours of the event are forfeited as we have already pre-sketched your pet. No refund or store credit is provided.
• No Call / No Show = No Refund / No Store Credit

Retail Sales
We do not provide store credits or refunds for retail purchases, which include Twist at Home kits and Pop in and Paint reservations.
Items ordered and not picked up within one week will be returned to inventory or donated.

You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.
