Joy joined the amazing PWAT Skippack team in 2015 and could not wish for a better opportunity to share her love of art with the community. Her favorite part of being a PWAT artist is proving to people that you really can do it!
If you attend a class with artist Joy, know that you don’t have to play by the rules…ever! You can except awesome music, lots of spunk, a little sass, and tons of encouragement. Joy believes that you make the best art by embracing your true self, and nothing is better than that in the world of art.
Fun Facts about Joy: She can play a mean polka on the accordion. She has a Fine Arts degree from University of the Arts in Philadelphia. She illustrated a children’s book about bunny rabbits. As a little kid Joy wanted to be a taxi driver.
Elaine has always loved art in all its many forms, and painting is one of her favorites! She studied fine art and photography in high school, and continued with photography in college. She came to Painting With A Twist in Skippack for the first time a few years ago and has wanted to work there ever since! The fun atmosphere, amazing people, and painting all in one? Yes please! She loves showing people that anyone can be an artist! When she’s not at PWAT, she’s spending time with her family, watching Star Wars, building Legos, cosplaying, and just trying to get the most fun out of life!

If you find she is your instructor, you are in for some lovely singing, dancing, love and lightheartedness. Kait not only creates her own artwork that is inspired by nature and geometry, she makes prints, wall vinyls and leggings with it as well! Be sure to check them out!
Oliver is the youngest artist at PWAT Skippack, still in high school and dual enrolled in MONTCO for ASL interpretation. He's been a walking art studio since before he could talk, and painting has always been a favorite of his! When he got the job offer to work at PWAT he just had to jump on it. Doing what he's loved since childhood as a job? Nothing could be better! When he's not at PWAT he can usually be found doing schoolwork or re-watching Tangled one too many times!
