REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice of cancellation so that we may offer your spot to another customer and provide you a refund. For customers canceling with less than 48 hours notice, customer will receive 50% of their original reservation amount in the form of a studio gift certificate valid for 60 days. For cancellations received with less than 2 hours notice - NO REFUND OR CREDIT. Parties of 10 or more must cancel 7 days before the date of the class. (Please leave a message if calling after hours as calls are time stamped.) NO SHOWS WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to reversed credit card transactions.
