About This Event

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: We sketch your pet in advance and show you how to paint it! One pet per canvas. Please send a clear photo of your pet with your name in the subject line to studio269@paintingwithatwist.com no later than 3 days prior to class. Feel free to give us a call with any questions at your 314-727-7928.

Have a blast at this special event at our Brentwood location. Learn how to mix colors and create layers of shading that make your painting look great with step-by-step instructions from a live instructor. Our fully-stocked bar will be open and we’ll play music while we paint. Don’t miss out, it’s going to be a ton of fun!

TWEENS EVENT (15+)
This is a 15+ only event. Our fully stocked beer, wine, and cocktail bar will be open. Minors will not be able to stay and payment will be forfeited.

RESERVATIONS
All guests must reserve their seat at least 72 hours before the event. No exceptions. We recommend reserving your seat one week before the event to guarantee your seat.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
Individuals, couples, and small groups are welcome to join this event! Enter your group organizer’s first name in the Special Request Box when you check out to ensure your group is seated together.

LATE ARRIVALS: If you are more than 20 minutes late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

**No outside alcohol or beverages of any kind allowed on the premises.
** Light snacks and finger foods are allowed.
**Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 6 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
Age Policy

This event is open to painters 15 years or older. Under 15 y/o painters forfeit payment & class seat. Bar open for 21+.

Alcohol Policy

We offer a FULLY STOCKED BAR with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. For this reason, we do not allow any outside beverages to be brought into the studio. Please read specific event descriptions for more details on your class's alcohol policy.

Refund/Cancellation

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be offered only due to class cancellations on the part of Painting with a Twist- The blvd.
If you notify the studio 48 hours prior to your reservation date, a studio credit may be issued for you to use towards a future class.
If you notify the studio 2 hours or less from the class start time, no credit will be issued.
Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by host.
Bad Weather: Class will cancel if a weather emergency is declared or we determine the roads to be too unsafe to travel on, otherwise our cancellation policy is as stated above. In the rare case of a class cancelling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests. Please see our website for updates in a case of questionable weather.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled class time and we will have a blast!
