Why book a Painting Party?

We've got the perfect place to host your parties. We have two great party options for you to paint and celebrate with your friends, family and staff.  To quickly request a party, call our studio or just Text "PARTY" to 317-810-1335.  We will reach out to you promptly and see what date and time that works best for you.  You can also email us at  Below are the details of both of our party options.

 Private Painting Party (Minimum 8 painters)

  1. You get to choose the painting for your party (out of over 10,000 options).
  2. You get our Twisted Party room for FREE and your own artist to lead your group.  
  3. No set up, no clean up - just show up!
  4. We require a minimum (8) painters and a deposit is required to hold date and time of event.
  5. Tables available for food if you choose to bring in snacks or birthday cake, however, you must rent the studio an extra 30 minutes.  
  6. A Happy Birthday or Celebration sign with your name on it.  We have Birthday, Getting Married, Bachelorette sashes as well for the celebration.
  7. Photos from the party will be posted on our social media after the class.  Please make sure you follow both our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok pages. 

VIP Painting Party (No minimum)

  1. Join any of our public classes and indicate what you are celebrating, and we will give your group VIP seating together.  
  2. No minimum number of painters.
  3. No set up, no clean up - just register for the class and let us know who is in your party.
  4. The cost is listed on our website for each class and different painting surface.  
  5. A Happy Birthday or Celebration sign with your name on it.  
  6. Photos of your party will be posted on our Socail media.

We provide all of the art supplies, as well as beer, wine, soft drinks & bottled water for purchase. Please be prepared to show ID. NO BYOB!  No Alcohol permitted in studio in June/July! 

How do I reserve and pay for my party?

The host of the party can secure a reservation with a credit card. There is a 30 day cancellation policy.  A deposit is required to hold the date and time.  If you must cancel your deposit will be turned into store credit unless you cancel 15 days or less.  If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum. Otherwise, we reserve the right to open the class up to the public if the minimum required is not met 5 days prior to the party date.

How do I choose a painting for my party?

Once the private party has been booked, you will receive a link to place your deposit and a second link to view all painting selections.  Once you select the painting for your party,  the host/hostess will receive an emailable invitation with the painting selected on the invitation.  You will be given a direct link to send to your guests to go online and individually pay and register for the private party, or the host/hostess may instead pay with one payment for the party. 

How much in advance do I need to schedule my party?

At least 2-3 weeks so that you can send out invitations & choose a painting. BUT we can accomodate 3 to 4 days in advance!! It all depends on our schedule!

Where are you located?

We are located at 301 E. Carmel Drive, Building A-500 in Carmel, Indiana.   At the intersection of Carmel Drive & Medical Court and in the same center as McNamara Florist.   

Additional Information for Kid Parties:

Minimum age is 7 for kids and parents are welcome to purchase a seat

How do I reserve a spot for my party?

Just call or text us at 317-810-1335 or complete the info on this link and we will set your party up immediately.   Just indicate the day and time and we will take care of the last.

Cancellation Policy:  

Please give us 4 weeks notice if you must cancel your private party.  The deposit will be forfeited if less than 2 weeks.  We require the minimum 8 seats be purchased 4 days in advance.  We can take additional sign ups until the day before your event.
