For public classes, we provide limited quantities of wine, and you can bring non-alcohol beverages as well. For private parties, you can bring your own alcohol.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
We provide wine, cups, plates, napkins, and wine openers. You have to bring your own ice.
WHEN ARE YOUR CLASSES PUBLISHED?
Classes are published the 15th of every month.
CAN I SUGGEST PAINTINGS?
We will take painting suggestions into consideration as long as there are no classes going on for the date/time being considered, or there are no reservations for the class currently on the calendar. Please email us with any requests, or ask about our VIP party option (only 5 prepaid seats needed).
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY SEAT FOR A FAMILY CLASS?
You only pay for the seat that is painting. You are more than welcome to stay and help your child or pay for your seat and join in on the fun!
DO YOU OFFER CLASSES OFFSITE (OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO)?
We do! Please call the studio at 757-214-9022 for info and pricing.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
"No show" "No call" reservations will not receive any credits or refunds.
We do not offer refunds; however, with 48 hours notice we will issue store credit.
Custom Paintings, ie. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, and Painting with a Purpose, etc. we will not offer a refund; rather, we will give you a store credit to come back and visit our studio. For these classes, we require a 72 hour notice of cancellation.
If you cancel a class in which a gift certificate was used for the reservation, we will not issue you another gift certificate.
Private Parties or group reservations have their own refund policy. Please click on our Party Info page on the left. Groups of 5 or more will not receive a refund, but can get store credit.
CAN YOU HOLD MY SEAT AND I PAY WHEN I ARRIVE?
We are sorry, but no. We've seen that most people don't show up when they have not paid. This takes away from folks who want to attend.
CAN I WALK IN, PAY AND JOIN A CLASS?
You can, but we cannot guarantee you a seat as we make sure our prepaid guests get accomodated first. Additionally, when we have a big class, it takes alot of preparation time. We want to make sure we are adequately prepared before class starts to provide the best experience possible.
