About This Event

EVERYONE MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED TO TAKE A CLASS
***Ages 7 and up ONLY***
*During Ages 7 & Up Classes, Alcohol is NOT permitted

Join us as we drink cocoa and make ornaments at our 2 hour Holiday Kid's Camp! Each child will receive one 6" cutout and 2 flat wood ornaments of their choice for a total of 3 ready to hang decorations. You may arrive up to 30 minutes early to get an apron and select your projects. Please wear old clothes. Parents who stay are encouraged to paint along with us. We have lots of cute wooden cutouts that you can choose from and add in studio.

COMING WITH OTHERS: Choose one name for the group and have everyone say they are sitting in that group when registering.
LATE ARRIVALS: We begin instruction promptly on time. In consideration of others in class, if you arrive 10 minutes or more late you may not be allowed to paint and will lose the registration fee.

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of reservation to guarantee your seat.
WHAT TO BRING:
Drinks and light snacks are welcome!
*You will need to provide plates, napkins, & utensils if necessary

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund or store credit will be given to individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to class time and refunds or store credit issued

Alcohol, Soft Drinks, and food refreshments are welcome - we only serve paint water! Cups and Bottle Openers are available for your use.

Refund/Cancellation

The following is our cancellation policy for both Public and Private event guests. To cancel a reservation, please call 937-814-3575. Please leave a message with class name and reservation name if you reach our voice mail!

24 hours or more from your reservation class time, a full refund will be issued upon request.
24 hours or less from your reservation class time, a studio credit will be issued for your reservation fee.
4 hours or less from the class start time, no refund or credit will be issued. Please let us know if you are not able to attend so we can offer your seat to someone else.

Private Event Hosts follow the cancellation policy terms outlined in the Private Event Agreement signed by host.
Guests of a Private Event are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Paint Your Pet reservations will receive a studio credit only when cancelling within 3 days of the event.
Painting with a Purpose does not allow refunds or studio credit within 24 hours of event to benefit the charity being honored in the event.
