Bren
Hi…I’m Bren! I make art and I’m probably covered in paint.
Our Denver, CO - Lakewood Painting with a Twist Artists
Brian
Brian is from Chicago. He has spent his life in the Arts....He is pianist, Performer, Director, Scuba Certified, ordained Minister, Proud father of a furry 4 legged little dude, and has a Masters in Acting. And he paints. He loves to paint.
DJ
DJ came. DJ left. DJ came back.
Emily
Brought up in a Japanese/British household in the UK, Emily graduated with a BA in Performing Arts and promptly moved to France and later China, where she spent 9 years parading around, with a mouse as her boss, at Disney. Find her today living a colourful life decked in gaudy patterns, doting over her baby boy and dog, while discovering Colorado one mountain and micro brewery at a time.
Jillie
Josie
Born and raised in Southwest Denver, Josie is so excited to join the Painting With A Twist team! She has a B.A. in Theatre Design and Technology from Colorado State University, and spends much of her time painting scenery for local theaters. Outside of work, she loves Jane Austen, going dancing, and chai lattes.
Kayla
Originally from Connecticut, Kayla has made Colorado her home. She is primarily an oil painter but loves exploring new artistic mediums. If she’s not painting, writing, cycling, reading, wildlife watching, woodworking, or eating popcorn; she’s probably asleep.
Kira
*Hi there, I'm Kira! I am a recent grad from the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (the one behind Casa Bonita) with my Bachelor of Fine Arts. I believe that creativity can be fostered in anyone- sometimes it might just need a lil nudge. I often go through many hobbies whether that be baking, kickboxing, sudoku, to now blog writing! But we'll see, I'll probably be doing something new next week.
Kylie
Hi, I'm Kylie! I am a graduate from the University of Denver with a degree in Emergent Digital Practices and a minor in Marketing. I love combining creativity with communication through graphic design. Outside of work, you can usually find me crocheting or hunting for fun trinkets at the thrift store.
MJ
Hey all, I’m MJ! I’m a current student at the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, working towards my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts. I jump around between printmaking and sculpture, but painting is where I got my creative start. I’m a lover of all things weird, creepy, and crawly. In my spare time, I enjoy birdwatching, mending my clothes, and looking for cool bugs.
Natalie
I’m Natalie! I have my BA in ceramics, and I love anime, dogs, costuming, collecting trinkets, and overdressing for any occasion. I’ve been painting since I was a kid and am very happy to get to do it every day. I’m originally from Orange County CA and moved to Colorado in 2020. Wahoo!!!
Sarah
Shannon
Shannon here, let’s make some memories together! Painting has been my passion for over the last 15 years and I can’t wait to spark creativity within our guests at Painting With a Twist. Aside from the arts, I love spending time in nature, exploring the city, and dancing in the kitchen with my pup while trying out new recipes.
