Each kit includes: - Surface of your choice –pre-sketched with the image if needed! - All the paint colors needed to create your masterpiece. - Set of 3 Brushes for you to keep! - Detailed Instructions - Paper plates, paper towels, & distraction and escape!!! We can all use a little of this! We have options for adults, teens, couples, kids and everyone in between! You will receive an email and text to let you know your kits are ready for pickup typically the next pickup day. Pickup days are Monday-Sunday. In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

All sales are final/non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer store credit to use on a future class or take-home kit. Cancellations must be requested no later than 1hr before the scheduled class start time to receive credit. Store credit will expire 1 calendar year from the date of issuance. Cancellations within 1hr of class start time will receive a 50 - 75% partial credit (to cover supplies used). No call/no shows will not receive a refund or store credit. Unfortunately No Exceptions. If we are unable to hold the class/event or complete your order due to any fault on our behalf, a County Mandate, or due to severe weather, we will make every effort to provide you with an alternative option. Options will first include rescheduling the class to a later date/time, Converting the class/event to a Virtual experience, shift your reservation to any future class at this studio or issue you a full credit good towards any future class or kit purchase. Special considerations may be available on a case-by-case basis for a partial refund should none of the alternative options suffice. If a refund is issued, it will be subject to a 15% processing fee.
