Why book a Painting Party?

Want to host a private party?  Call us or text "PARTY" to our studio # (850-226-7218)   We look forward to hosting you and your friends!

Private Parties may be scheduled Monday-Saturday 10:00AM-10:00 PM Sunday Party times are 1:00-8:00 pm. Children's parties are available weekdays until 5:00 and on Saturdays 10:00 am - 2 pm. Friday and Saturday party minimum is 15 paid participants after 6:00 pm. All other party times require a minimum of 10 paid participants.

Why book a party?

  • You choose from any of 6000 + paintings (2 hour or 3 hour classes)
  • You have a private party room and your own artist-instructor.
  • No set up, no clean up - just show up!! ...although you may decorate if desired.
  • It's the same price as a regular class! $35 for a 2 hr. $45 for a 3 hr.
  • The room is yours 30 minutes before class to set up and socialize!
  • You may purchase additional time if desired to extend the fun, our party rooms are available for rental....$50 per half hour.

What kind of parties do you host?

Any reason at all! Or no reason at all! We are a fun time out for adults AND you take home a memory!

How do I reserve a spot for my party?

Please give us a call 850-226-7218 during studio office hours (12:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday-Friday)

How do I pay for my party?

Charges are $35/person for 2 hour parties or $45/person for 3-hour parties. The room is yours 30 minutes before to decorate and celebrate! Additional time is available for $100 per hour. The party spokesperson will reserve the desired day & time with a credit card. There is a one week cancellation policy and a ten (10) person minimum (15 person minimum on Friday and Saturday Nights). Individuals can pay the organizer, who then pays in one lump sum prior to the party, or choose a password and we can set it up on our website calendar for each person to pay individually. Only the people in your group will be able to register for the class. A party contract and a deposit of three seats is required to reserve the date and time. Only then can the art library be released to choose your painting.  If party is cancelled the three seat deposit is non refundable. 

How much in advance do I need to schedule my party? 

The sooner, the better! Friday and Saturday nights book several weeks in advance. We can book as far in advance as you like to secure a special date.

How do I know which painting I can choose for my party?

You may choose any of our 6000+ paintings! Once you know the day and time desired, call us to reserve your party. When the day and time are secured we send our online library of paintings so that you can view every painting we offer.

Do you offer any discounts on parties?

Thank you for asking, but we don't. We work hard to provide the best experience possible. Our parties receive the same supplies and customer service that our open classes receive. All materials and artists are also the same. And the room is yours 30 minutes before the painting session free of charge.

Are non painting guests allowed?

We love to share the Painting with a Twist experience with as many people as possible, but due to seating limitations, we ask that all people that attend your event be registered painters.

Do you host children's parties?

We do host parties for children ages 8+ on Saturday mornings 10:00am-2:00 pm  or on weekdays - the party must be finished by 5:00 pm. All children in attendance must be painters. Our studio is not equipped for younger children.
