Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

We know things happen – if you need to cancel your reservation, please just let us know.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your event, a credit card refund can be requested with a 10% cancellation fee. You may also opt for store credit for your purchase price in full. Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of class will receive store credit in full. No call/no show reservations are not refundable. All cancellation requests must be made PRIOR to the event.

Please note, for PRIVATE EVENTS, cancellation of the event must take place 2 weeks before the event date. Canceling a private event with less than 2 weeks notice will result in store credit refunds for all guests.

Late arrivals: If you arrive 15 minutes or later you may not be allowed to paint and lose the registration fee. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, but please arrive no later than the scheduled class time to ensure the best experience.

Occasionally, it is necessary for us to cancel a public class due to lack of participant. In such cases, a full refund will be offered or class credit for a future event.
