Customer Consent to Use Online Credit Card Payment for Purchase

In order to purchase Painting with a Twist products and services online or on your mobile device with a credit card, we need your consent. Your consent permits the charge to your credit card, and prevents disputes and chargebacks without just cause, in addition to mitigating the risk for fraudulent charges. This Painting with a Twist online credit card use consent applies to Painting with a Twist's mobile and online products and services, and all disclosures, notices, receipts, statements, and terms and conditions related to our products and services that you electronically access. You agree to provide us with true, accurate and complete email address and other contact information related to this purchase and your Painting with a Twist online account.

The following is our cancellation policy for both Public and Private event guests.
Please contact our studio at least 24 hour prior to your class if you can not make your reservation. You will receive a studio credit to use at our Lafayette studio for another class for the full amount. If it is less than 24 hours before your class, no store credit or refund will be given. To cancel a reservation, please call our studio. Please leave a message with class name and reservation name if you reach our voice mail - calls are date stamped so we will be able to handle call when in for office hours! You may also text the number as well!

Paint Your Pet reservations will receive a studio credit only when cancelling within 7 days of the event.
Painting with a Purpose does not allow refunds or studio credit within 48 hours of event to benefit the charity being honored in the event.
