Why book a private event?

Choose from 10000+ paintings on canvas, wood board, or glassware and enjoy the private room with your own talented artist. No set up or clean up, just simply show up and we will do the rest!! We customize our parties for each host!  There are so many fun ideas we have for our events!!  Your guests will come in the studio, music playing, get a drink at our bar, relax and unwind!  We serve Wine, Beer, Champaign and Seltzer's as well as Non-Alcoholic beverages, water, soft drinks, coffee and Hot Chocolate!  Get ready to laugh, dance, PAINT, play some fun games, all while being creative with a beverage of your choice!  We host events from Team Building Events, Birthday Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Family Gatherings, Customer Appreciation Events, Holiday Parties, It's Just the Girls Parties, Anniversary Parties and so on..... 

Please advise your guests to arrive at least 15 minutes early as we will start PROMPTLY at the time chosen. This will allow time to mingle, drink and just relax before the fun begins!

How may people do I need for a private event?

The minimum number of guests required for a private event is 8!

What is the maximum I can have for a private event?

Our studio holds a maximum of 70 guests between both rooms. We offer offsite services for special requests and groups larger than our max capacity. 

What can I bring to my private event?

We allow our private party events to bring in Food, have it delivered or catered for an additional $35 fee and we would add 30 minutes to your party. Remember we do not allow any outside beverages!  We have a menu with a selection of beer, wine, soda, coffee, Etc.  Due to our Beer and Wine License with the State of Indiana OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ARE NOT PERMITTED! 

What is the cost and is there a deposit for a private event?

There is a deposit of $172 to reserve your date and time of your private event! 

The minimum amount of painters must be completed and any balance due to hit the minimums must be paid 4 days prior to the event or the event could be canceled and you would loose your deposit.    Acceptable forms of payment are all major credit cards!  (we do not accept checks). 

This deposit will be applied to the cost of the Party.  The private event does not become an event until the deposit it paid!  So make sure you book fast as your date could be taken!  

Artwork must be chosen at least 10 days before the event, but it is preferred this is done as soon as possible.

Private event guests must arrive 15 minutes early and expect to finish in the alloted time. We reserve the right to charge $40/half hour fee of extra studio time. If you need to set up party decorations in advance, please let us know and we will accommodate. 

How much in advance do I need to schedule my private event?

The sooner, the better! We can book a private event typically anytime!!   It is a first come first serve basis.  

How do I know which painting I can choose for my private event?

Once your private event is booked an invitation to our online painting gallery is generated to view our painting selections.  You choose your painting for you event there!
