DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
We provide wine cups, plates, napkins, and utensils.
WHEN ARE YOUR CLASSES PUBLISHED?
Classes are published the 1st of every month.
CAN I SUGGEST PAINTINGS?
We will take painting suggestions into consideration as long as there are no classes going on for the date/time being considered, or there are no reservations for the class currently on the calendar.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY SEAT FOR A FAMILY CLASS?
You only pay for the seat that is painting. You are more than welcome to stay and help your child or pay for your seat and join in on the fun!
DO YOU HAVE BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR KIDS?
Yes! We offer a 2-hour party package for kids ages 6 and up. We provide cupcakes from Sam's Club. Once we receive booking info and payment, you can choose from the gallery of art. Please give the studio a call for pricing and details at (818) 282 - 3625
DO YOU OFFER CLASSES OFFSITE (OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO)?
Yes, we do. We do have a minimum headcount required, but please call us for more detail.
HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE PARTY?
You can book a private event by visiting our Private Event Booking Page to see all the fun party packages we offer.
You will need a credit card to place your deposit to book the spot. Deposits can be made online or over the phone at (818) 282 - 3625
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No call, no show reservations will not receive any studio credits or refunds.
48 hour notice is required for refunds, otherwise a store credit will be issued.
Custom Paintings, ie. Paint Your Pet/Portrait/House/Open Studio, etc. we will not offer a refund, rather, we will give you a store credit to come back and visit our studio.
If you cancel a class in which a gift certificate was used for the reservation, we will not issue you another gift certificate.
Private Parties or group reservations have their own refund policy. Please click on our Party Info page on the left.
HOW CAN I REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
On the Complete My Registration screen, at the bottom with Payment Method, you will see a place to click "Have a Gift Card?"
Enter the 12-digit code in that field
If you have any trouble, give us a call and we can enter in your reservation for you.
CAN I WALK IN, PAY AND JOIN A CLASS?
You can, but we cannot guarantee you a seat as we make sure our prepaid guests are accommodated first. We want to make sure we are adequately prepared before class starts to provide the best experience possible.
