Why book a Painting Party?

Painting with a Twist Mandeville is moving! We're excited to share that we are undergoing relocation to the Northlake Shopping Center and expect to be open early 2025! At this time, we are accepting online private party reservations for March and future months. If you would like to book for February, please fill out the request form and we will contact you with availability.

 

Everyone loves to pARTy! Here's how to host yours:

If you have a group of 10 or more painters, you can have your own private party at our studio. You pick the artwork, and our awesome artists will guide you step-by-step painting the artwork of your choice from our huge art library!

Our private parties are perfect for a Birthday, Bridal Shower, Bachelorette, GNO, Mom's Night Out, Office Party, Team Building, Corporate Team Building, Meetup Groups, Baby Shower, Gender Reveals, Graduation, Church Parties, Holiday Parties, Family Reunion....or just cause! 

Let us know how many painters you expect to have and we'll check available dates and times for you. 

After we have your reservation set up we will email you your party management link with a place to sign your party agreement confirming the details of you party, a link to pay your $80 deposit, and a link to choose the artwork for you event from our extensive art library. Everyone will paint the same painting.

Once your painting has been added to our calendar, you can use the party management link to create online invitations and email them to your guests - should you chose to use it. A party passcode will also be created for you so that only you and your guests will be able to make the reservation.

You can arrive 30 minutes early to set up. We provide easels, canvases, aprons, paint, plates, cups, napkins, eating utensils, cork screws and bottle openers for in-studio events! You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks for your pARTy! 

Payment

We will hold your party inquiry for 24 hours, at which time we will require you to put down a $80 deposit to secure your party date and time. We are booking up pretty quickly, so call us as soon as possible plan your private party!

Your event can be set up as a Host Pay event or you can ask each guest to pay for their seat when they RSVP to your event on our website. Easy! 

Balance must be paid in full even if the minimum guest requirement is not met. For example, if your minimum is 10, but only 8 show - you still have to pay for 10.

Adult Party (2 Hour Painting)

    • 16x20 Canvas - $40 per painter
    • Paint Your Pet - $60 per painter
    • 10x30 Canvas - $41 per painter

      • 16x20 Wood Plank Board - $9 per painter

      • Make a Scented Soy Candle - $20 per person

KIDS PARTY - recommended for ages 6-12 (1.5 Hour Painting)

    • 16x20 Canvas - $30 per painter
    • Upgrades
      • Blacklight/Glow Party - $5 per painter
      • SLIME making - $15 per painter
      • Extra 30 minutes of party time - $50 fee

CORPORATE EVENTS & TEAM BUILDING (2 Hour Events)

    • 16x20 Canvas - $40 per painter
    • 11x14 Canvas - $35 per painter
    • Team Mural - $50 per painter

    • NEW! SLIME SLIME & PAINTING PARTIES! For only $15 more, your kiddo can make his/her own Slime, complete with color and charms. No mess or stress, parents, we clean up everything! Can be added to any 1.5 hour kids party.   
    • ADDITIONAL PARTY TIME  If you would like another 30 minutes set aside for cakes, snacks, presents, etc, you can rent the studio space for an additional $50. Available for all 1.5 hour kid's parties and select 2 hour adult parties. Please confirm availability when booking.
    • NEW! Make your custom scented soy CANDLE for $20. Choose from 24 wonderful scents. Add a candle-making option to any private party! 

Private Party Refund Policy

    • An $80 deposit is due at the time of booking and will apply it to your party balance.
    • You are financially responsible for meeting the minimum number of guests regardless of their attendance. 
    • We have a seven (7) day cancellation/reschedule policy. If cancellation or request to reschedule is not given within 7 days, you will forfeit your deposit. 
    • In the event a guest pay Private Party is canceled, store credits only will be issued to guests who have already made a reservation. 

VIP Parties!

Don't have enough people for a private party? Have a VIP party! If you have six or more painters you can pick the painting for your class. Just pay for six seats and we'll send you a link to our art library to pick the painting. We'll open up the party for others to join you and your group will get preferred seats! 

Off-Site Events (when we come to you)

Have a large group or want us to come do a team building or holiday party? We can do that! The minimum for an off-site event is 10 painters and the fee is $42 per person for a two-hour painting event on 11x14 canvas plus a $100 travel fee. We can do off-site events in a neighborhood clubhouse, schools, hotels, office buildings, apartment complexes, churches.....you get the idea! We are sorry but we are not able to do off-site events at individual homes.
