Being creative has always been an important part of my life. When I was young, my family owned a bakery and my uncle would design the cakes. I remember watching him and being fascinated by the things he accomplished. This fascination with art has consumed much of my adult life and I cherish it. Being able to create something and then share it with others is an amazing thing. Visual art is a language that breaks down barriers of culture and background communicating with everyone that view it. This passion I have for art has lead me to pursue a Bachelors in Fine Arts and push the limits of my creativity. I love experimenting with different painting and drawing techniques to discover new and fun ways to express myself. After all, we are all looking to make our mark in this world why not make it on a canvas!
