Deanna is an east coast native about to graduate University of Delaware with a BFA in Fine Arts- wish her luck! She is an artist and performer through and through, splitting her time between professional stage acting and traditional visual arts. Deanna’s philosophy is embracing your own weirdness and learning to dress and express yourself in whatever way makes your bizarre little heart happy. She can’t wait to paint and laugh with you!
A.J. - Deanna's Service Dog
AJ is a 7-year-old black lab mix with a passion for helping others. After being rescued in 2017, with lots of hard work AJ received his canine good citizen certification to be a service dog. He has used it to fulfill his dream of being beside Deanna every second of every day. He loves ball and belly rubs and a nice sweater, and although he can’t hold a paintbrush, he is happy to reassure painters they are doing an amazing job and he loves you wholeheartedly.

Two great forces come together in Linda, Science and Art. As a trained conservation biologist and descendant of award-winning decoy artists, Linda grew up surrounded by talent and creativity. Like many artists from the Delaware Valley, Linda draws inspiration from the natural world (specially birds). She was born in Forked River, New Jersey and moved to Delaware at the age of 21. For Linda, science and art do not have to be mutually exclusive. In fact, being an artist at Painting with a Twist is her way of sharing with people how science and art are interconnected.
Lizzie was born and raised in Smyrna, Delaware. She is a self-taught artist and has been a PWAT/Paint and Sip junkie since 2013 and occasionally paints at home too! She like to crochet, but usually only finishes hats.

Initially, some of us feel nervous to try something new. The courage and dedication devoted to mastering our talents is certainly a huge part of Sarah's art. This self-taught artist comes to us from Rising Sun, Maryland. Her love for fantasy art has led her to paint in large scales, often depicting dragons in scenic environments. For Sarah, the Painting with a Twist experience is an escape in which people find it easy to have fun and connect with each other.
Sarah is a Delawarean who attended St. Marks High School and the University of Delaware. She earned a BFA in painting and then pursed a degree in elementary education. During the day, she’s a middle school math teacher proving that artists can be good at math too! To Sarah, being part of the initial team to open Painting with A Twist Newark mean a lot. Her fun and charismatic personality often result on Twisters coming back for another painting. Since PWAT Newark opened in 2014, Sarah has welcomed baby Gabby & Dean into the world but still loves to spend time with our Twisters.
