What is the cost for a Private Event?

  • Adult In-Studio:  $48/painter, 2-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas
  • Teen In-Studio (Ages 13-17):  $43/painter, 2-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas
  • Kids In-Studio (Ages 6-12): $38/painters, 2-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas
  • Adult Offsite:  $48-50/painter, 2-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas
  • Teen Offsite (Ages 13-17):  $43-$45/painter, 2-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas
  • Kids Offsite (Ages 6-12): $38-$40/painters, 1.5-Hr Event, 16x20 Canvas
  • NOTE: Pricing may vary for alternate surfaces & travel fees may apply for Offsite Locations.

  • DIY Scented Soy Candle: $20/candle (Guests arrive 30-mins prior to the start of painting event, candles are set and ready to take home at the end of event). Candles make a great pARTy favor!
  • 3-Hr & Custom Artwork (Paint Your Pet/Paint Your Selfie): $58-$68/painter
  • Alternate Surfaces: 12x12, 11x14 or 10x30 Canvases, Wood Boards & Cutouts, ask us about pricing.
  • Additional Mingle/Food Time in Studio: Main Studio - $100/Hr or Private Studio - $50/Hr (subject to schedule availability).

Party @ Our Location

  • Private Studio (Small Room) can accommodate up to (14) painters, minimum (10).
  • Main Studio (Large Room) can accommodate up to (36) painters, minimums vary between (15) & (25) depending on day of the week/time slot, i.e. Friday & Saturday Night minimum is (25).

Offsite, Virtual & DIY Parties

  • Corporate Offsite (Your Location) can accommodate (20) or more painters.
  • Residential Offsite (Your Location) can accommodate (10) or more painters.
  • Virtual Event: Artist comes to you Live via Zoom, pick up materials at the studio or we can ship directly to guests, minimum (10) painters.

Have less than 10 Painters in your group?

  • Consider a VIP GRAB5 Party! You reserve 6 seats (You+5) and help us select the artwork for a Public Event (add GRAB5 note, in your Party Request)

How soon do I need to book my event?

  • Request your pARTy at least 2.5-weeks advance, the sooner the better to ensure your prefer date/time is available (weekends fill up first)/
  • We book up to 6-months in advance.
  • We may be able to accommodate last minute requests, just be prepared to pay for minimum seats and select your artwork very quickly.

How do I reserve a spot for my party?

  • You can request a date & time via our Request a Party Site, Call or Text us in advance, if you would like to confirm availability @ 302.660.1200.

Why should I book a party?

  • You want to select the artwork for your event. We have over 18,000+ paintings to choose from.
  • Event is exclusive to your group, with your own artist (you may request your favorite), music selection and food sharing area.
  • No set-up, no clean-up, just show up!
  • You may schedule extra time for your event (subject to availability).
  • We provide complimentary beverages, just like our public events.
  • You are welcome to bring food/snacks along, just like our public events.
  • Upgrade your event for even more fun!

When can I have a party?

  • We host event 7-days a week, 9am-Midnight (Subject to artist and studio availability).
  • Kids Parties (Ages 6-12yo) may be booked Sun.-Thurs., 9am-8pm, Fri & Sat, 9am-6pm (no weekend evening hours), we recommend 6yo+ for kid's pARTies.

Is there a deposit required for private parties?

  • Quick Booking Online Deposit: $96, will be applied to party deposit balance.
  • Full In-Studio Event Deposit: Deposit is equivalent to (4) painters is due within 4-days of booking, $152-$192+
  • Full Offsite & Virtual Event Deposit: Deposit is equivalent to (10) painters is due within 4-days of booking, $500 + Travel Fees (if applicable).

Next Steps

  1. Request a Party: Complete Party Request
  2. Complete Booking Deposit (or wait for us to get back to you with available dates/times)
  3. Sign Event Agreement: We will confirm the Date/Time & send your Party Management Link via email along with a short text message.
  4. Deposit Balance: Equivalent to (4) Painters is due within 4-Days of booking.
  5. Artwork: Final selection due at least 2-Weeks prior to event (Gallery will be available to you once full deposit is paid).
  6. Balance: Equivalent to # of Painters to reach event minimum is due at least 1-Week prior to event.
  7. NOTE: Next steps may be compressed when parties book less than 2.5-weeks in advance.

What artwork can I choose for my party?

  • Once your party is booked and deposit seats have been reserved, you will have access to our online art gallery.
  • By default, all events are set up with access to the 16x20 gallery of artwork (8,000+ 2-Hr & 800+ 1.5-Hour).
  • If you think you would like an alternate size canvas or wood board option, please reach out in advance, so we can discuss options and pricing.
