Why book a Painting Party?

We love to host private parties!

Any Special Occassion or No Reason at all! Private Events are great for:

How do I reseve a spot for my party?

You can request a date & time via our PARTY REQUEST FORM

Call or Text us in advance, if you would like to confirm availability @ 302.660.1200.

How soon should I book?

Sooner the better! It is best to book at least 2.5-weeks in advance & we book up to 6-months in advance. Weekend slots go quickly, so more time may be needed.

If we have availability for a last minute party, we will do our best to accommodate you, jut know that your deposit, artwork selection & final payment timeline will be shortened.

Why should I book a party?

  • You want to select the artwork for your event. We have over 17,000 painting to choose from.
  • Event is exclusive to your group, with your own artist, music selection and food sharing area.
  • No set-up, no clean-up, just show up!
  • You may schedule extra time for your event (subject to availability).
  • We provide complimentary beverages, just like our public events.
  • You are welcome to bring food/snacks along.
  • Upgrade to a Blacklight-Glow Party - $5/Painter (Events in Private Studio Only)

When can I have a party?

We host event 7-days a week, 9am-Midnight (Subject to artist and studio availability).

Kids Parties (Ages 6-12yo) may be booked Sun.-Thurs., 9am-8pm, Fri & Sat, 9am-6pm (no weekend evening hours), we recommend 6yo+ for kid's events

What is the minimum & maximum capacity?

  • Private Studio (Small Room) can accomodate up to (14) painters, minimum (10).
  • Main Studio (Large Room) can accommodate up to (36) painters, minimums vary between (15) & (25) depending on day of the week/time slot,i.e. Friday & Saturday Night minimum is (25).
  • Our total in-studio capacity is (50). If you are in need of a larger capacity, we also host offsite events (Commercial location only).

Is there a deposit required for private parties?

  • Private Studio: A deposit equivilent to (4) painters is due within 4-days of booking
  • Main Studio: A deposit equivilent to (8) painters is due within 4-days of booking
  • Offsite Events: A deposit equivilent to (10) painter is due within 4-days of booking
  • Virutal Events: A deposit equivilent to (4) painters is due within 4-days of booking

Is there a minimum number of painters required for a party?

  • Private Studio (Small Room) can accomodate up to (14) painters, minimum (10).
  • Main Studio (Large Room) can accommodate up to (36) painters, minimums vary between (15) & (25) depending on day of the week/time slot,i.e. Friday & Saturday Night minimum is (25).
  • Offsite (Commercial Location) Events are a minimum of (20) painters.
  • Home Events are a minimum of (10) painters.
  • Virtual Events are a minimum of (10) painters.

Next Steps

  • Event Agreement: We will confirm the Date/Time & send your Party Management Link via email
  • Deposit: Equivilent to (4) Painters is due within 4-Days of booking
  • Artwork: Final selection due at least 2-Weeks prior to event (Gallery will be available to you once deposit is paid)
  • Balance: Equivilent to # of Painters to reach event minimum is due at least 1-Week prior to event
  • NOTE: Additional Deposit may be required for Main Studio, Virtual & Offsite events & the next steps may be compressed for booking less than 2.5-weeks in advance.

What artwork can I choose for my party?

Once your party is booked and deposit seats have been reserved, you will have access to our online art gallery. By default all events are setup with access to the 16x20 gallery of artwork (8,000+ 2-Hr & 800+ 1.5-Hour). If you think you would like an alternate size canvas or wood board option, please reach out in advance, so we can discuss options and pricing.

What is I have less than 10 Painters in my group?

  • Check out our Public Events, don't worry we will seat your group together! Public Events
  • Consider a GRAB5 Party! You reserve 6 seats (You+5) and help us select the artwork for a Public Event (add GRAB5 note, in your Party Request)
