Why book a Painting Party?

Due to current restrictions, Virtual Parties are a great option for gathering with friends in a safe setting, from the comfort of your home. Kids Parties are also great options for Virtual Classes.
Virtual Private Parties
We are currently booking Virtual Private Parties. Enjoy them with your friends in the comfort of your own homes via Zoom. You can still interact and enjoy each other's company while painting and sipping on your favorite beverage - all while not having to worry about a designated driver! Virtural private parties require a minimum of 12 people and no maximum. Virtual private parties require each participant to have a Twist at Home Kit, prior to attending the event. The pick up and distribution of supplies is coordinated when you book your event.
In-Studio Private Parties
We are currently booking small in studio private parties for groups of 6 to 10 people. Masks are required to enter the studio.
Cost and Minimums
Virtual 2hr Event: $39 - $47 per person (depending on surface selection), 12 person minimum, no maximum.
In Studio 2hr Event: $37-$45 per person (depending on surface selection), 6 person minimum, 10 person maximum.
Payment for 5 seats is required upon booking your event and goes towards your party total. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours in advance. No cash.
Cancellation Policy for Virtual Private Parties
We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your party with more than 7 days notice you will recieve your bookig deposit back. If you cancel your party with less than 7 days notice, your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, the remaining balance to meet your party minimum will be charged. If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendence, the host/hostess credit card will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.
Cancellation Policy for In-Studio Private Parties
We understand that the current health and safety of the public may require last minute cancellations for in-studio experiences. Please note, no persons may enter the studio if they feel ill, have a fever, or have been in contact with those known to have COVID-19. Masks are required to enter the studio. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask for as much notice as possible. If you are cancelling within 48 hours of the event, a store credit will be issued for future use. To receive a refund, we kindly ask for a 48 hour+ notice of cancellation. Please note, NO SHOWS without contact will not receive store credit or a refund.
What Dates are Available? How Do I Reserve?
Email us to check if your date is available at firstname.lastname@example.org. All party dates are subject to artist availability. To book your party, please call the studio during office hours (Mon - Fri 10am - 4pm) with a credit card number to book. Payment for the first 5 seats is required to book.
Painting will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late to the class you may not be allowed to paint and your payment will be forfeited. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the paint time. Example: If you book a 7pm-9pm party the host and guests should arrive between 6:30pm-6:45pm.
