ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE A PAID SEAT FOR THIS EVENT – no exceptions/no bystanding. No entry to the studio unless you are on the registered guest list. Parents must sign up for a seat for themselves, whether painting or not.

No infants or babies in laps allowed. All attendees must be able to sit on a chair and must have purchased a seat.
Cancellations: This is a SPECIAL event. NO REFUND, TRANSFER OR CREDITS ISSUED IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW.

If you are NO SHOW for a party or cancel your reservation, you forfeit your reservation payment. By completing the check-out process, you agree to this policy.

Refund/Cancellation

A refund or store credit will be given for individuals canceling more than 48 hours prior to the event start time. Due to limited seat availability cancellations made LESS THAN 48 HOURS prior to the event start time & "No shows" will NOT be issued store credit or refunds. Groups of 5 or more must cancel 3 days before the date of the class to get a store credit. Please leave a voice message if calling after hours, 847-232-7170
