Happy Valentines!
This is an adult class for ages 18+. All people attending must be paid participants.
You may arrive as early as 30 minutes prior to start time to get your Date Night started off right! Uncork, unwind and get ready to have some fun with us!
We recommend being here at least 15 minutes prior to start time of your class.
If you’re coming with others, but making reservations separately, give us your group’s name in the Special Request box and we'll seat you together.
Your registration authorize the photographing of yourself and/or child during the class and understand that the resulting photographs may be published and used to promote Painting With A Twist and give permission to reproduce photographs taken for promotional purposes. If you do not want photographs taken, simply put that in the notes when registering.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 48 hours notice for refunds. If requested 48 hours in advance, refunds will be issued to your credit card less a 10% cancellation processing fee. Individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice will be given a refund for the full amount in STUDIO CREDIT ONLY. No refunds are offered to guests cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. (Please leave a message if calling after hours.) No shows will not receive a store credit or refund.
We greatly appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. We schedule our artists based on the number of people in the class and are not able to schedule properly if we do not have proper notification of cancellations.
Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Registrants will be notified via email and/or phone at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time. You may choose to have your reservation moved to another class, receive a gift certificate to be used at a later date, or have your payment refunded.
We are located at 819 W. Arapaho, Suite 52, in the Arapaho Village Shopping Center.
