Why book a Painting Party?

The Woodlands Painting With A Twist has a separate party room, so you can book your private party any night of the week, even at the same time as a regular class!

  • Private parties can be booked for any day and time of the week contingent upon staff and space availability.
  • You must have a minimum of 10 people to book a private party.  The maximum is 50.  If the minimum is not met, the difference between the minimum and the number of guest attending must be paid before the party can take place.
  • Private tables are available during regular classes and do not require a deposit to reserve.
  • You can choose your own 2 or 3 hour painting.  The art can be selected from our art gallery.  A link to our art gallery will be emailed to you once you've booked.
  • The cost for a 2 hour private party is $39.00 (and up) per person and a 3 hour private party is $49.00 (and up) per person.  No discounts or promotions may be applied to a private party. 
  • The host of any private party will need to hold the reservation with a credit card number and a $100.00 deposit, that is non-refundable due to cancellations or date and time changes.
  • The instructor, paint, canvas, easels, brushes, aprons, clear plastic cups, ice buckets and cork screws are provided by Painting with a Twist.
  • Everyone at the private party paints the same thing.  Only the paint colors specified for the chosen painting may be used for that session.  Any deviation from the standard palette is subject to a $75.00 fee.
  • Non-painting guest may attend for a fee of $15.00 per person.
  • Guest are welcome to bring food and beverages of choice.
  • We will begin painting at the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to have your guests arrive promptly at party start time.
  • A party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $175.00 and an additional $175.00 for each additional hour over party end time.  Party extensions are based on availability of space and management discretion.
  • Guest requesting to setup before their scheduled time are subject to a $30.00 fee, pending staff and space availability.
  • Deposits are refunded at the end of the party, once ALL terms have been met.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be issued due to cancellation.  If we are not given notice of cancellation within 7 days of the event, there will be a charge of $150.00 to the credit card in addition to the $100.00 deposit.
