- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 pound shredded cheese (we use cheddar but a mexican mix is also delicious)
- 2 cups Bisquick
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl
- Roll into ping pong sized balls and place on a baking sheet lined with non-stick foil or parchment paper
- Bake for 20-22 minutes
